When we start to tell a story in the Catalan tradition, we say: “Heus aquí una vegada…” Once upon a time there was a place where people and nature worked together. There was a land where the Greeks planted seeds (“llavors” in our language) of a long history. There were the soils (“sòls” in Catalan) from which the vines and olive trees grew. Here, traditionand the search for authenticity go hand in hand. This is how, with spirit and enthusiasm, the image takes colour and breaks through the darkness. Quite simply, this is *lavinyeta. The end.
