When you start a tale in the Catalan tradition you would say: Heus aquí una vegada…Once upon a time there was a place where people and earth worked together. There was an earth where the Greeks planted seeds (which are the llavors in our language) of a great history. There were the soils (sòls in Catalan) that saw grew up the vineyard and olive cultivation. Here is where tradition and the search for authenticity go together.
