When we start to tell a story in the Catalan tradition, we say: “Heus aquí
una vegada…” Once upon a time there was a place where people and nature
worked together. There was a land where the Greeks planted seeds (“llavors”
in our language) of a long history. There were the soils (“sòls” in Catalan)
from which the vines and olive trees grew. Here, tradition and the search
for authenticity go hand in hand. This is how, with spirit and enthusiasm,
the image takes colour and breaks through the darkness. Quite simply, this
is *lavinyeta. The end.

La Vinyeta is a winery with a young spirit. Like the graft that starts to take root in the land, La Vinyeta explores in the tradition, removes the subsoil of the past, scratches until finding signs of originality that enrich it. Thereby, way the vine gets feed, re-interpreted, transformed and created. In this way the shoots put out towards the sky. Is in this way, that La Vinyeta experiments, innovates and branches in order to provide a good fruit at the end.
