A secret 100% Argudell

In 2003 the magic and centenary olive grove was recovered, the Olivar Fosc (Darkness olive grove). A plantation of olive trees from the variety Argudell – an autochthonous variety from the Empordà region – this name is due to the fact that until its recuperation not even the sun light entered. Reminds and laughs persist in the memory of the old people from the village Mollet de Peralada. They still remember how they played hide-and-seek. The elaborated extra virgin olive oil has an intensive green colour, due to the early harvest. Intensive and fruity aromas of fresh just cut grass. Nice spicy taste in mouth and interesting bitterness. A small homage to small pleasures.
