If we add a restless, creative mind to a solid base of knowledge and rigour, the result can be truly amazing. ÉS Poma is a Mistelle made with Grenache from the Empordà and apple juice from Girona. Pep Nogué and La Vinyeta, apple and Grenache, Girona and the Empordà. Like two pieces of a puzzle, this is a Mistelle of fusions. Apple on the nose, Grenache in the mouth. Is it possible to imagine any innovative product with a closer bond to the land?
