If we add a mind eager and creative mind to a solid base of knowledge and rigurosity, the result is Amazing. ES poma is a mistela elaborated with Grenache from the Emporda and apple juice from Girona. Pep Nogué and La Vinyeta, apple and Grenache, Girona and Empordà. Like two pieces of a puzzle, this is a mistela of fusions. Apple in nose, Grenache in mouth. Can be imagined another innovative product closely linked to the tradition of the region?
