Pep Nogué is described as gastronomy passionate, great chef, tireless theoretician and gastronomic journalist, restless cook without restaurant… He studied at the School of Hospitality & Catering of Girona and he was working at El Celler de Can Roca for thirteen years. He has published the books ‘The best cuisine for the summer” and ‘Eat for 1 Euro”, he does gastronomy TV shows, also collaborates with magazines and radio shows and is the creator of Keks beer.
