Terms of use
Bookings are made exclusively through the My booking section of this website. Experience bookings close 24 hours before the activity starts or once maximum capacity is reached. Accommodation bookings may be made with a minimum of one day’s notice.
Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Bookings for dates after expiry are possible under the following conditions:
- The activity may take place up to one month after the expiry date with no penalty.
- After that month and up to one year from the expiry date, a supplement of 15% of the updated activity price applies.
- After one year and up to eighteen months from the expiry date, a supplement of 50% of the updated activity price applies.
- After eighteen months from the expiry date, the voucher is automatically void.
Date and/or session changes can be made automatically from the My booking section up to 24 hours before the activity. The booking date may be changed within 4 months of the first booking for all available routine experiences. After that, the voucher is deemed expired.
Date changes are not allowed less than 24 hours before the activity. Nor may dates be changed for one-off activities that will not be repeated within the following 4 months. The voucher may be transferred to other people provided La Vinyeta is informed in advance. If the activity cannot take place for reasons beyond La Vinyeta’s control and cannot be transferred to others, the voucher will be forfeited.
Booking dates may be changed automatically from the My booking section. Changes are allowed within 4 months of the first booking. After that, the voucher is deemed expired.
Date changes are subject to the following conditions:
- No charge if made more than 12 days before the scheduled date.
- If the change is made between the 12th day (inclusive) and the 7th day (exclusive) before the scheduled date, a supplement of 15% applies.
- If the change is made between the 7th day (inclusive) and the 3rd day (exclusive) before the scheduled date, a supplement of 35% applies.
- Date changes are not accepted less than 3 days before the booking.
Vouchers may be transferred to third parties provided La Vinyeta is informed in advance and gives consent. If the stay cannot take place for reasons beyond La Vinyeta’s control and cannot be transferred to others, the voucher will be forfeited.
Experience bookings may be cancelled from the My booking section. There is no monetary refund if you cancel less than 24 hours before the activity starts. If you cancel with more than 24 hours’ notice, a refund will be made to the same card used for payment, with a 15% penalty.
Gift vouchers cannot be cancelled. If necessary, you may request a change of recipient.
Accommodation bookings may be cancelled from the My booking section. There is no monetary refund if you cancel an accommodation booking less than 3 days before check-in. If you cancel with more notice, the following penalties apply:
- 15% for cancellations more than 12 days before check-in.
- 70% for cancellations more than 7 days before check-in.
- 80% for cancellations more than 3 days before check-in.
- 100% for cancellations on or within 3 days of check-in.
Gift vouchers cannot be cancelled. If necessary, you may request a change of recipient.
Celler La Vinyeta reserves the right to cancel or change the date, time or programme of activities. If the date or time must be changed, you will be offered a refund of the booking amount.
The language selected when booking is for information only. La Vinyeta does not guarantee that the activity will be conducted in the chosen language if group logistics do not allow it.
